Omar is the co-instructor for the beginner level Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class. Omar had been doing martial arts for over 8 years. His training has included Muay Thai, Savate, JKD, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He is currently in Japan training at Caol Uno's.

Omar received his purple belt under Mark Bocek and has also competed in a number of tournaments.
