Our yoga class is specifically designed for athletes and fighters. It is restorative, stretches key muscles and flows at a slow pace. Poses are held for several minutes with the goal of releasing tension, create flexibility and strength. Our class also teaches the importance of breath and mindfulness. Breathing properly through each pose is critical, as is staying in the moment. Some poses are more challenging than others so learning to master your breath will help you stay calm and connected to your body.
